Implementation of New Recreation Management Software
We are pleased to announce that Rec Sports will be implementing a new recreation management software effective Monday, June 4th, 2012.
The new software will enable Rec Sports to operate more productively and efficiently, it will also offer better customer service for our members. The software will enable us to reduce paperwork associated with transaction processing, reduce transaction processing timeframes, enhance our online services and provide a platform for us to introduce online program registration and facility reservations in the future.
We are taking great steps to help ensure that the transition to the new recreation management software goes smoothly, but as with most transitions, there will be some “transition pains” the first several weeks. We do our best to minimize the impact. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we implement this important upgrade.
