Physical Element
Teeter
Objective: For the entire group to get onto the teeter and keep it balanced for a determined period of time (often a verse or two from a song).
Possible Debrief Topics: Planning vs. Doing, Roles, Communication, and Innovation.
Non-Physical Initiative
Toxic Waste
Objective: Transporting tennis or golf balls in one can into another can using resources given (bike inner-tube with many strings attached).
Possible Debrief Topics: Frustration, Leadership/Followership, Roles, and Planner vs. Doer.
Really Physical Element
Wall
Objective: To get as many members as possible up and over the wall safely, and to involve all group members in the process regardless of whether or not they choose to go over.
Possible Debrief Topics: Quality/Focus, Trust/Support, Voicing your own needs, Planning, Roles, and Walls/Obstacles you face as an individual or a group.
