We are excited to share with you the Group-X class schedule that will begin on Monday, September 15. As a new program, it is our full intention to offer a complete schedule during peak times (early morning, lunch time and mid-afternoon to late evening). The Group-X staff is recruiting, hiring and training new instructors and we plan to add those times to the schedule very soon. As a new program, we are looking for participant feedback so we can continually grow.
Class categories include Cardio, Cycling, Dance, Fusion, Mind Body and Strength.
