Beginning May 1, the Central Campus Recreation Building (CCRB) will begin installing new new cardio and strength equipment. As the project quickly approaches, we’d like to notify you of some temporary closures in the building.
Rec Sports is excited to announce that Group-X Cycle classes will be coming to the Central Campus Recreation Building’s new cycle studio on the lower level starting Wednesday, April 22! These new classes are a result of the CCRB’s major equipment purchase.

The U of M Synchronized Skating Team (UMSST) was crowned national silver medalists at the 2015 US National Synchronized Skating Championships held in Providence, Rhode Island this past weekend.
With over 500 athletes applying for a spot on one of (three) Team USA rosters, only 100 men and 104 women made the first cut to even tryout for the 2015 World Under-23 Ultimate Championships. When the final rosters were announced in late December, four Wolverines found their names on a list.
