This is a list of all the sports that the Intramural Sports Program offers.  Please click on a sport to see registration dates, days of play, and rules.

Drop-In Recreation is the drop-in use of a range of recreational activities (see below) at Rec Sports facilities. Eligible members are welcome to drop by any available Rec Sports facility and create their own fun.

Much like Racquetball, Squash is played at the IMSB with a few different dimensions to court size and gameplay. For starters, the ball is much "squishier" and hollow, making it more difficult for players to judge off walls and floor bounces.

The three basic rules still apply from racquetball:

1. Only the server can score points
2. The ball can only bounce once
3. The ball must be returned to the front wall

We offer quality and affordable outdoor and recreational equipment to everyone. From tents, backpacks, and stoves to volleyball sets and tug-of-war ropes, the Rental Center has what you need!

Badminton is a one-on-one game played on a court similar to that of volleyball, with different dimensions of course. The aim of badminton is to hit the shuttle with your racket so that it passes over the net and lands inside your opponent’s half of the court. Whenever you do this, you have won a rally; win enough rallies, and you win the match.

Kickball is a team sport made up of eight players. As a playground game, kickball resembles many of the rules you will see in baseball but with one exception, players use their legs rather than a bat. With no real equipment necessary besides an inflatable ball, this great game can be understood and enjoyed with ease.

Sand Volleyball is a team sport consisting of two teams of four. As in indoor volleyball, teams compete to send the ball over the net and onto the ground of their opponents, with the added element of the sand court making it a little tougher to accomplish. Using rally scoring, teams may score on any serve. Due to the competitive play and easiness of rules, sand volleyball has grown in popularity around the world.
