SURPRISE, Ariz., April 13, 2013 – The United States Tennis Association (USTA) today announced University of Michigan from Ann Arbor, Mich. placed third at the 2013 USTA Tennis On Campus National Championship held in Surprise, Ariz., April 11-13.
The Michigan Fencing Club captures the 2013 Fencing National Championship, including seven trophies over the weekend, including the overall title, the men’s saber title and women’s and men’s team titles. Congratulations to the team and Go Blue!
The Michigan Wrestling Club was represented by one athlete at this year's National Collegiate Wrestling Association national tournament, held March 14th-16th in Allen, TX. William Lamping, a graduating senior, won his first three matches in the 285lb weight class to achieve All-American status for the season.
