At the IMSB, students can find a great number of Racquetball Courts. The sport can be played three ways; Singles, Doubles, or Cut-Throat (three-on-three). For Michigan IMs tournaments, games will be played one-on-one.

Basic rules to remember once players have started a game are:

1. Only the server scores points
2. The ball can only bounce once
3. The ball must return to the front wall after being hit

Badminton is a one-on-one game played on a court similar to that of volleyball, with different dimensions of course. The aim of badminton is to hit the shuttle with your racket so that it passes over the net and lands inside your opponent’s half of the court. Whenever you do this, you have won a rally; win enough rallies, and you win the match.

9-ball is a widely popular game, especially at the Michigan Union. The object of the game is to use the cue ball to knock all the ball into the pockets, in number order.  When knocking the nine ball in to win the game.
