If you’ve been a regular at the North Campus Recreation Building (NCRB), we know you’ll miss it during the renovation. But as a Recreational Sports member, there are other facilities you can use to stay fit and active.
If you have questions about any of the available options, we encourage you to contact Jackie McCarty, Assistant Director of Memberships at (734) 615-0885 or at email@example.com. We want your transition to another facility to be as smooth and seamless as possible, so let us know how we can help!
As a University of Michigan student or a Recreational Sports member, you are welcome anytime at both the Central Campus Recreation Building (CCRB) and the Intramural Sports Building (IMSB). We offer Group‑X classes, weight training, exercise machines, swimming, court sports and a track at one or both of these facilities.
Starting in Summer 2017, two temporary facilities will be made available by University Housing and University Unions for students and members that are frequently on North Campus. You’ll need your Mcard for access.
Location: Room 2300, adjacent to the Blue Apple
Location: Room B430, Student Services area on the ground floor
From Summer 2017 to August 2018, the North Campus Research Complex Wellness Center is making 100 temporary memberships available to faculty and staff who are current Recreational Sports members. These memberships are offered for a nominal fee on a first-come, first-served basis. Spouses, partners and children are not eligible.
To apply, call Jackie McCarty at (734) 615-0885.
