The Challenge Program is an activity-based teambuilding and leadership development program that uses an interactive and experiential approach to improve group dynamics.

Our facilitators work with your group to custom design each program based on your group’s goals. We offer a wide range of activities to pick from, allowing for varying levels of complexity and physicality.

We follow a Challenge by Choice philosophy that allows participants to define their own level of challenge throughout the program. Utilizing this philosophy allows everyone to challenge themselves and be involved at their own pace.
