What People are Saying

“I enjoyed the cardio and strength workouts to warm up before learning the dances and the pace was great so that we could improve not only our memorization, but also improve the style and moves. Outside of class, Gabby sent us videos she recorded of her/us, which was really helpful for practicing at home.”

“My goals were learn yoga, adopt my own practice, and discover new ways to incorporate mindfulness into my everyday life. I accomplished all of these goals and so much more, and I really have Anne and Cleo to thank for this.”

“Laura has been really nice throughout this class. She is very knowledgeable about kettlebell, which allows her to provide individualized feedback to her students.”

“Brendan is wonderful and I really loved coming to class every week! I especially found his meditation exercises surprisingly helpful.”
