You don’t need 1:1 personal training to get personalized results. With Specialized Group Training, you’ll join 6 to 8 other participants in a concentrated workout with a certified trainer or instructor. Your trainer/instructor will help you find success through this creative, fun and dynamic workout experience, making it the best value for your fitness dollar.
Are you interested in running, but not sure where to start? Designed for beginner runners, this program will progressively build up your endurance so you can run comfortably for 30 minutes. Your trainer, along with other health and fitness specialists, will provide expert training tips including supplementary workouts and measures to prevent injury. True to our small group training model, you’ll also have the support and accountability from your peers in this intimate, personalized virtual group. We understand every runner is different – and that’s okay! We’ll work with you each step of the way to make sure you reach your running goals. With limited access to gyms and the weather warming up, this is a great chance to get active outdoors!
No matter if you are a beginner or an advanced runner, this virtual running group can help you meet your 5K goals. Depending on your running experience, you’ll receive progressive programming to help meet your goal. You’ll receive expert advice along the way and peers to keep you accountable in your program and share in the training experience. 5K-specific speed workouts will increase your top speed, as well as decreasing your personal best in the 5K.
Each week, the group will meet virtually to do cross-training workouts, learn specific injury prevention techniques, hydration and nutrition tips, shoe fit, and related topics. By the end of week 12, you should be ready to tackle your next 5K!
This program is for anyone who has a foundation in yoga and would like to take their practice to the next level. You will learn safe and effective ways to move into deeper twists, arm balances, and inversions.
This beginner ballet class is designed to introduce and refine the basics of ballet. Students will learn the basic positions, correct body alignment with both hands on the barre and an introduction to basic ballet terminology. This class is perfect for anyone who has been interested in dance but never really got the chance to see what it’s like. These classes will be taught in a welcoming and non-competitive environment.
In this class you will gain comfort and confidence in your own body as a dancer as you learn and build upon basic hip hop routines. This wholistic class also includes warm-ups, stretching and core fusion exercises designed to engage your muscles important for dancing and to increase your flexibility. You will be challenged to push past your comfort zone in a supportive environment.
Bollywood is a dance style made famous by the Indian movie industry, also known as Bollywood. It incorporates different styles of dance, including classical Indian dance, hip hop, Bhangra, and other styles to create a fun, fast-paced form of expression. You will progressively learn and build routines in this Small Group Training course.

Unlock your cycling potential with Cycle Strong, an 8-week progressive training program designed to enhance your cardiovascular endurance. We’ll start off with a baseline Functional Threshold Power (FTP) test, form a personal end goal with achievable milestones along the way, and re-test FTP in the final session to see how far you’ve come. Throughout the program, you’ll gain insight on the science behind each workout and how they contribute to your overall fitness goals. To maximize your results, additional weekly workouts will also be provided to complement our cycling sessions. Join this class and pedal your way to peak cycle performance!

Understand the value of consistency and develop the skills to listen to your body to optimize training, prevent injury and achieve sustainable progress.
This foundational program uses kettlebells to help you increase strength, cardiovascular endurance and overall fitness. You will master the foundational techniques of kettlebell movements (swing, clean and snatch) in order to optimize the use of kettlebells in your workout.
TRX is suspension training that uses body weight and gravity as resistance to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. In this class you will learn how to use this efficient, versatile tool. Join this class for an excellent full body workout.
This class takes a systematic and holistic approach to promoting optimal back health and spinal alignment. Using alignment-based yoga, posture education, and mindfulness practices, this program will help reduce factors that aggravate back pain such as life stress, chronic tightness, as well as muscular weakness in other areas of the body. This program has been designed for both beginners to yoga and those with some prior experience.
Medical clearance is needed for those with back conditions/diagnoses.
