Mitchell Field
Located on Fuller Road between the U‑M hospital and North Campus, Mitchell Field features sand volleyball courts, grass and turf fields and is home to many of our Club Sports and Intramural games. It is also available for rental.
Mitchell Field is available for open recreation use April-November from dawn – dusk, seven days a week. The fields and sand volleyball courts are available when no other activities are scheduled.
Mitchell Field is most easily accessed via Michigan bus (several routes stop at the field building). Parking is also available for those with orange parking passes. Visit our Policies for more information on Facility Access and Use.
